Thanks for the inspiration over the last week; such a great confidence boost. I came away with a pretty clear plan and started putting it into action today. A sustainable house land package looks to be in the making; bank seems to be on-side, the developer is onside and both were very inquisitive in what will make what I'm doing different. I was also able to throw out some marketing terms with a bit of confidence thanks to Rosie Johnston. As a result I have hatched a plan with the developer's sales rep to a hitch ride on developer's marketing campaign.
